This is also a typical border scam... In this photo, they are purportedly fumigating my motorcycle so that I don't bring any pests into the next country. Paying a "fumigation fee" is mandatory at every border crossing in Cental America, but rarely do they actually hose our motorcycles down as they are doing here in Costa Rica. Maybe Costa Rica is more on the up and up...

This is also a typical border scam... In this photo, they are purportedly fumigating my motorcycle so that I don't bring any pests into the next country. How interesting! They could have doubled the fee by giving you guys a fumigation...! ..Oh well, that's too much trouble.
